Shipping Policy

At Craft Cards, we're dedicated to delivering your purchase as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders within the country usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over a certain amount (this varies depending on current promotions).

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally. Please note that international orders usually take 7-14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes or fees; the recipient is responsible for all customs duties.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. After inspection, we will inform you if your return has been approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
