Refunds & Returns Policy
We want you to love your tarot deck. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned in the original packaging
How to Start a Return
- Email us at help@craftcards.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to our Florida warehouse using the provided instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at help@craftcards.store with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs. We'll contact you to confirm the corrected address before reshipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging
