Shipping Policy

At CraftCardsStore, we're committed to delivering your tarot decks quickly and carefully. All orders ship from our warehouse in Hollywood, Florida, via USPS with tracking included.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within the USA takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to USPS handling, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Rates

🔥 Free standard shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package until it reaches your door.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@craftcards.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout, you'll be responsible for reshipment costs. We'll contact you to confirm the corrected address before reshipping.
